Parking

All Greystone Housing Properties have on premises parking available for a FEE.    Tenants may purchase parking Online or at the Management Office.    Parking Permits are on a first come basis.  The permit allows for parking in a specific lot; not in a designated spot.  

A completed form, proper payment and a valid Driver's License are required to obtain a Parking Permit.    To purchase a permit, please complete this form and bring it to our office during normal business hours.

• Vehicles are towed 27/7
  

• Parking is for Tenants with PERMITS ONLY
  

• Permits must be properly hung at the rear view mirror to be VALID.
  

• FEES for Vehicles towed for any reason will be the responsibility of the Permit Holder/Vehicle Owner.
  

• Permit allows for parking in the lot - not a disignated spot
  

• A State issued Handicap Parking Placard is reqired for Handicap Parking Spots
  

• Vistor Permits are available at the Management Office during normal business hours.
